ניצה אייל היא פסיכולוגית וגרונטולוגית. חוקרת, מרצה ועורכת אקדמית של השתלמויות בנושאים התפתחותיים במחצית השנייה של החיים. פירסמה עשרות מאמרים מקצועיים וחיברה שישה ספרים.
