Short Biography

Isaac Sasson is a lecturer in the Department of Sociology and Anthropology at Tel Aviv University. His research focuses on social disparities in health and mortality, and the recent decline in life expectancy in the United States. His work has been published in leading journals, including Demography, PLOS Medicine, Journal of Gerontology, and Social Science & Medicine.
