Short Biography

Rinat Lifshitz is a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Herczeg Institute on Aging at Tel Aviv University. She holds a Ph.D. in Communication and Gerontology from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israel. In addition, Dr. Lifshitz teaches at Ben Gurion University of the Negev and the Open University, Israel.

Fields of Interest

Her research focuses on extreme stressful situations and well-being in later life. The nature of her research combines knowledge from various fields including sociology, psychology and new media.
